Sure, Berry looked great with her fine-boned model boy toy, but we think she needs a real man this time. Owen manages to stay out of the tabloids and seems to work steadily on quality projects, which are both pluses for someone like Berry, who has a daughter to think about.

Evan Rachel Wood and Seth Rogan

We know, it seems way off base, but someone needs to inject some humour into this sullen starlet's life and Rogan could be just what the gossip doctors ordered. He's slimmed way down since shooting the Green Hornet and is now, dare we say, pretty good looking. He has an easy confidence and he's damn funny – most of which we assume can't be applied to Marilyn Manson to whom Wood is engaged. We'd love to see these two have a fun, no-strings-attached summer fling.

They've both had their fair share of problems but our hope is that, by hooking up, they would help each other. Both Phoenix and Ryder seem to have that tortured artist vibe about them, but they're both still undeniably talented individuals. They would understand each other and get to commiserate about all those pesky paparazzi and intrusion of the press, and in the process, hopefully lighten up a little.

Julia Roberts and George Clooney

Another pairing who has worked together numerous times and who seem to be great friends, but despite their platonic history, we'd love to see these two find a love connection. Aside from both being good looking, they're Hollywood royalty. They've both been around for a while, have had their ups and downs, but ultimately, they both firmly rooted in the upper echelons of fame. They should be dating equals, not camera men or former cocktail waitresses.

Colin Farrell and Cameron Diaz

This one might seem like another strange pairing – on the surface – but when you think about it, these two have a lot in common. They've both been in the spotlight for what feels like forever, they both love to have fun and they both have a playful side that we think would make them a great pairing. Not to mention, they're both sexy in a natural, not-trying-too-hard kind of way. We think they would have an easy chemistry and have a great time together.
