The high-end white rum is the first super-premium white rum made with fresh cut Brazilian mountain cane. The Oronoco company is a promoter of local sugar cane growers and reduces emission by growing their own eucalyptus trees to burn as an energy source for the distillation process, negating the necessity to utilize rainforest resources or fossil fuels.
