The Lunar Eclipse on April 25 will ask the question — are you on iffy ground? And the answer will be immediately forthcoming. If things suddenly unravel and fall apart in your relationship, work or health matters, then you know that you must take immediate action. Desperate times call for desperate measures and this would be one of them. However, if there are signs of life — like him calling you back or an upturn in finances — then this is the week to redouble efforts. The Stars are showing you that this is clearly the way to go.
ARIES (March 20-April 18)
You are not going to win that financial dispute — even if the evidence shows that you are in the right. The Stars are not on your side and they won’t be when it comes to this particular matter. Saturn close to the lunar eclipse on Thursday shows that you should cut your losses and get while the getting’s good because the more you struggle, the deeper you will sink into debt. You hate walking away from a fight, but it’s not a fight if it’s fixed.
TAURUS (April 19-May 19)
It’s time to say goodbye. You and a partner haven’t clicked for a long time and even though you made a heroic effort to soldier on, it’s clear that you’re both over it. Saturday would be a good day to have that talk you’ve been postponing and to map out ways that you can help each other through this transition with minimum acrimony and maximum support. Just because things are drawing to a close doesn’t meant that they have to end on a bad note.
GEMINI (May 20-June 19)
There may be more to those aches and pains and feelings of sluggishness than you know. As an air sign, you tend tune out these signals from your body. Either you explain them away or you adopt a mind-over-matter perspective. But the body has its ways of alerting you to what’s amiss in a timely manner. All you have to do is pay attention to what it has to say and you’ll successfully nip a potential problem in the bud on the 25th.
CANCER (June 20-July 21)
Saturn in that part of your solar chart that pertains to matters of the heart can be a heavy cross to bear. You may find yourself struggling with a child, a lover, or a creative endeavor that seems hopelessly stuck in the mud. Planetary aspects on the 24th and the 26th show that you’re doing more harm than good by trying to hold on to something that’s time has passed. Astrology is all about time and the stars are saying that it’s time to let go.
LEO (July 22-Aug. 21)
The hardest burdens to carry are the ones that we think we can’t drop. Well, the Sun/Saturn opposition on the 28th says that it’s either you or the burden that will be dropping soon so your choice is clear. Don’t let guilt cause you to be brusque or defensive. Simply inform interested parties that you can’t continue. They’ll be sad of course (you were doing their grunt work for them), but they’ll survive. And more importantly — you will get your life back.
VIRGO (Aug. 22-Sept. 21)
There are certain times when you have to abandon the flight plan and just wing it. As a Virgo you could spend your life at the drawing board drafting up all kinds of plans and goals, but you’re never going to know if you’re capable of achieving any of them as long as you see them as works on paper. Thankfully, developments leading up to the lunar eclipse on the 25th will push you out of the nest — forcing your spirit of invention to take wing and fly.
LIBRA (Sept. 22-Oct. 21)
The wonderful thing about hitting a low point is that the only place to go is up. You may think that things are over and that you are down for the count on April 22, but the stars show you standing on the brink of one of your greatest breakthroughs ever. You just have to have the faith and determination to push on through to the other side. Push — because the transformation that arises from this particular ordeal will change the landscape of your entire life.
SCORPIO (Oct. 22-Nov. 20)
You’ll be accused of ruining everyone’s lives on Monday and Saturday. And your answer to them might be: What’s new? You can’t expect a loved one or colleague to understand that you have their best interests in mind by pulling the plug on a dream or aspiration. They’ve pinned their hopes on something impossibly out of reach. You can see how much they want it and you can also see how much it’s going to bankrupt you emotionally and/or financially. Their happiness should not come at your expense.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 21-Dec. 20)
You are being pushed to push yourself. You may think that you already do, but actually you don’t. Sagittarians tend to avoid hurdles they can’t clear easily and will happily graze in the field of day-to-day distractions. This is fine up to a point but now you must address matters in the long term. You will feel like the Stars are putting you through your paces on the 22nd, 25th, and 28th but you will also discover that when push comes to shove you really do get going.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 21-Jan. 18)
There needs to be more to your vision of the future than pressing your nose to the grindstone. This is why the Stars will remove one — perhaps two — heavy obligations from your shoulders this week. Now most people would celebrate this lightening of the load, but not you. Nothing freaks out a Capricorn more than an opening in the schedule. Please take this as your cue to look further down the road past the next deadline. It’s an invitation to get out and live a little.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 19-Feb. 17)
Burdens become more burdensome when the Sun is opposite Saturn (April 28). Saturn is the planet of tests in Astrology and it often reveals the weaknesses in something we regarded as solid. What used to work no longer does, and now you have to look for a better way to handle things at home or in business. The challenge to change may seem overwhelming now, but it won’t in four months when you’ll be glad that you made the changes that you needed to make.
PISCES (Feb. 18-March 19)
You learned a long time ago the wisdom of stepping back and letting things unfold on their own. And though you will be asked to intervene on the 22nd and the 25th, auspicious planetary aspects on the 24th and the 26th say otherwise. It’s funny how things have a way of working themselves out if allowed to run their course, and that’s the beauty of Neptune sextiles. What starts off looking like a tempest will wind up causing barely a ripple.
