3 ounces Voli light vodka
2 ounces PAMA liqueur
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into chilled martini glasses and garnish with fresh lemon slices or peels.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add gin, St. Germain, simple syrup and the lemon juice. Shake to mix. Fill two Champagne glasses halfway with the mix. Add two ounces of Champagne to the top of the flutes and garnish with fresh lemon peels.
