Creative company finds

Pinterest is one of the only social media sites that is ruled completely by the consumer. If you look around a bit, you will find that individuals have many more followers than most companies. So why follow a company on Pinterest when you can just page through their catalog or click through their website? Well, because some places of business have figured out how to add pizzazz to your Pinterest feed. Here are five companies doing it right.

Pinterest is an interesting place for companies to navigate successfully. In order to gain followers on this site, full of creativity and visual appeal, companies need to offer more than just their own products. They have to give followers a reason to follow that extends beyond just getting a peek at their products that anyone can find from flipping through their latest catalog. The following companies have found a way to do it right. They not only give followers the best of their own products but encourage customer engagement, give a flavor for who they are as a business and attract followers in the blink of an eye… which means they are doing something right!

Great suggestions! I'm not really "active" on Pinterest, but it's good to see that companies are taking advantage of how many users are obsessed!

Why have I never heard of Modcloth??! I just spend about 15 minutes on their Pinterest page poking around and it's great! I didn't even know you could "follow" a company. Thanks for the insight!
