Thailand is a diverse country with so much to offer, but one of the highlights of a trip to this captivating country is the beaches. While there's too many to mention, we do have some favorites. We put together a list of some of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Ko Tao

Tiny Koh Tao is known for its snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as its palm-fringed beaches. There are a few sandy spots to choose from — some more crowded than others, but overall a bit less chaotic (for now) island compared to some of the bigger, more resort-laden alternatives. Clear water (of course), pristine beaches and some beautiful coral reefs to explore all add up to a place that's hard to leave.
