White ruffles tank

Cut 28-30 knit white circles (approximately 2" across – about the size of a silver dollar). When you are ready to sew, start by folding one in half and then in half again. Sew to the shoulder area as shown. Sew them in tiers, making sure they overlap. Finish the top off with a white grosgrain bow. Isn't everything totally better with ruffles?

not enough varietal photos and all the tank tops seemed to have an under garment beneath the tank top that was not shown separately or talked about much, for that matter. poor ad promo ... sorry......
