Step four:

Now it's time to add the collar clip. These clips are widely available at craft and hobby stores, but you might also consider recycling the hardware off of an old leash instead. On the opposite end of the leash, loop webbing through end of swiveling spring clip. Fold over 2" of webbing, wrong sides together, and pin. Stitch near end. Make another row of stitching close to collar clip, for added durability.

Now that you've made a unique new leash, it's about time to take your favorite four-legged friend for a walk!
