Is that holiday boredom setting in yet?
You know -- the type of boredom that happens after all the parties are done, the gifts are opened and the snow on the ground outside makes travel impossible.
Don't want to watch Toy Story 3 for the 80th time? Amazon is there to help with a sweet deal if you use Twitter.
Amazon Free $5 Video on Demand credit
A free $5 Amazon VOD credit is good for rentals or purchases in Amazon's digital store, if you're willing to tweet the deal. Here's how it works:
- Go to Amazon's Video on Demand page.
- Connect your Amazon and Twitter accounts (Sign up for both first, if you don't already have one.)
- Click the "Tweet and Get $5" button. This will auto-Tweet the following message to your followers: "I just got a $5 credit for instant movies and TV shows @amazonvideo. Click http://amzn.to/hh8gTP to get yours. #get5"
You'll immediately receive a notification that your account is credited with $5 good toward a rental or DVD purchase. Browse the available titles and rent or purchase movies like Easy A, Inception and Eat, Pray, Love.
The downside? You can only tweet this deal once to get the $5 deal. It's worth it though -- now you don't have to even get out of your PJ's to rent a new flick!
