You can't make a quick, healthful breakfast if your pantry is empty. Keep these foods on hand, so you won't be tempted to resort to a fast food drive-thru breakfast:

Fried eggIn the fridge:

  • butter
  • fruit
  • milk
  • juice
  • bacon

PancakesIn the pantry:

  • bread
  • cereal
  • pancake mix
  • syrup
  • oatmeal

Frozen waffle

In the freezer:

  • frozen waffles

Breakfast on the run:
