Mo'Ne Davis adds cover girl to her impressive resume with Sports Illustrated debut

Not a bad couple of weeks for our girl.

Sports Illustrated knows we're going to be talking about Mo'Ne Davis for a long time to come. And now the iconic sports mag has put the 13-year-old baseball phenom on the cover of its issue for the week of Aug. 25, making her the first Little Leaguer ever to be featured on the publication's cover.

Mo'Ne Davis has taken this year's Little League World Series by storm. On Friday she unleashed her 70-mph fastball and became the first female to pitch a complete game shutout in the series.

Davis joins some pretty incredible other teens who have been featured on the cover of SI, including LeBron James, Venus and Serena Williams, Michelle Kwan and Jennifer Capriati.

In case you're worried the teenager might not be able to handle all the media attention she's getting, in interviews, Davis appears as cool and confident as ever.
