Earth Day highlights of NASA’s #GlobalSelfie

NASA is constantly taking pictures of Earth from space, but this Earth Day it wants a different perspective of our planet. NASA's #GlobalSelfie event gives every person on the planet a chance to be a part of the celebration.

This year NASA is using the Earth Right Now campaign to promote the launch of five new missions, which will provide us with new data about Earth. In celebration of the campaign and Earth Day, NASA is asking everyone on the planet to post pictures using the hashtag #GlobalSelfie. NASA will use the pictures with the tag to make a mosaic picture of the Earth. Check out the SheKnows round-up of the top 10 best #GlobalSelfies.
