There have been signs of an impending regime change at work, and this week, you'll find out about it. In business, Jupiter rules over the people who call the shots — like CEOs, board chairs and shareholders. On April 20, Jupiter will be caught in the crossfire of Uranus and Pluto — two of Astrology's most powerful and disruptive planets. This could result in someone being removed from power, a project being shut down or your company being acquired by another company. This portends larger-than-life changes, but other planetary aspects indicate a softening in the intensity of their impact. Some people will be staying on, and those who will be leaving can expect severance packages that will be more than satisfactory.

Avoid making any binding agreements or long-term plans this week. Not only do you have the lunar eclipse to contend with, but Pluto turns retrograde in that part of your solar chart that pertains to work. Pluto tends to pull the plug on things when it reverses direction, so don't get your hopes up. You don't want to find yourself in a position where you're rarin' to go only to see the lights go out. Wait until after May 12. You'll have a much clearer idea of who the players are and where things stand.
