#1/5: Step 1: Tie back the rest of your hair
A braided headband is simpler than it looks, and can be accomplished in just a few easy steps. Heather Perrone, salon director of Jaie3 salon.spa.beautique, offers these tips to create this look. Take a 2-inch section of hair from your part to the back of your ear. Tie your remaining hair back to keep it out of the way of the braid.
#3/5: Step 3: Work toward the back of the head

Add hair to each section of the braid as you form it across the front of you head. When you reach the bottom where there is no more hair to pick up on the side of the head, continue forming a regular braid with the rest of the hair, moving toward the back of the head.

Release the tied-back hair and pull it down in front of the braid before styling as desired!
