Step 5: Tweeze both the bottom and the top
“To create definition and shape, you must tweeze from both the bottom and the top of the brow," says Sagel.
Use your tweezers to remove obvious strays outside of your brow line. Tweeze along the natural shape of your brow, grabbing each hair at its root to avoid breakage.
