Step 2: Determine the arch
"The angle of the eyebrow arch should be parallel to the angle of a person’s cheekbones," says Sagel. "This will give the illusion of height. The pinnacle of the arch should be made just on the outside of the pupil. If the highest point of the arch is located on the inside of the pupil, it will make the eyes look too close together."
