How to sparkle up your nails for the holidays

The holidays are all about spending time with loved ones and adding some sparkle into your life. It's a magical season, so your nails deserve to reflect that! We're injecting a bit of fun into a classic manicure color.

How to... Add a little holiday sparkle

Step 1: Gather supplies

To create the look of holiday sparkle, I used the following supplies:

• Julep Oscar
• OPI Color So Hot It Berns
• Page hole protectors

Step 2: Start with a base coat

Start with a red base coat (I did two coats), and let it dry.

Step 3: Apply the page protectors

Using the page protector stickers, place one on each nail right under where the natural 'moon' of your nail would end. This will create a nice arch effect for our glitter.

Step 4: Paint glitter polish

Paint two to three coats of glitter polish over the bottom of the nail and let dry before gently pulling off the sticker.

Step 5: Add a glossy top coat

Finish with a glossy top coat, and your nails are holiday-ready!
