Step 2: The silver lining

Pour in 1-1/2 ounces of any silver tequila of your choice. No need to go out and purchase the most expensive brand -- just use a silver tequila that suits your taste buds.

Step 3: Sour for the hour

Next, add 1/2 ounce of any citrus liqueur of your liking for that zesty flavor. After all, what’s a margarita with a little sweet, but no sour?

Step 4: Pucker up

Take 1 ounce of lime juice and add it to the As in the previous step, this will give your drink just the right kick of sour.

Step 5: Citrus love

Add 1/2 ounce of orange juice.

Step 6: Ice it

Just add ice and top it off with a lime to get that extra pucker and serve chilled. Limes are always a nice way to offset any strong liquor taste. Serve chilled and enjoy!
