Unique Halloween decor

While your typical orange and black Halloween decor is always a safe option (and sometimes predictable), consider bucking tradition this season with some of our unique Halloween decor finds.

Halloween is typically filled with orange and black, but this year we're seeing a shift in the typical dark and dreary decor to a more light and sophisticated approach to the holiday. Try one (or three!) of our favorite not-orange-and-black Halloween decor picks.

I don’t decorate for Halloween per se so I don’t have a lot of orange and black around my house. I do decorate for fall, however. My fall decorations include such things as cornucopias, acorn wreaths, cinnamon candles and gourds and mini pumpkins. The closest thing I have to a Halloween decoration is a pumpkin on my front porch. I like the silhouette pumpkin very much. I like that you included the link to the DIY project for this.

I typically don't venture outside the box when it comes to Halloween decorating, but I would definitely be willing to. I really like the color and style of the lace pumpkins. The colors still look fall-ish without being super bright orange and black.
