Dried oranges make a lovely holiday garland inspired by nature

Make this fragrant and classic holiday garland out of the season's orange abundance.

This garland couldn't be simpler to put together and, assuming you've got a few extra oranges and ribbon around the house, is a holiday decoration you can make for next to nothing.

  • Oranges
  • Oven rack
  • Ribbon
  • Needle

  1. Slice oranges.
  2. Place slices on cool oven rack.
  3. Set oven to 250 degrees F.
  4. Dehydrate for 2 to 5 hours.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Thread and tie ribbon.
