How to make a spooky spinning head

What you'll need:

1 unused house fan
1 scary rubber mask
1 hacksaw
1 extension cord

Step 1:

Disassemble the fan by removing the front half of the cage and unscrewing the fan blade cap. Then unscrew the fan blade and the back half of the fan cage.

Step 2:

Cut off the fan blade axle with the hacksaw. Next, turn on the fan to make sure that nothing is rubbing together and it's still working properly.

Step 3:

Place your scary mask over the fan motor and stuff with foam or newspaper to make it appear more life-like.

Step 4:

Decorate the base of the fan with spooky webbing or Halloween fabric.
