When it comes to Thanksgiving dinner, a centerpiece can tie your whole table together. And a centerpiece with some festive foods can help spice up your meal. Here, you'll find Ocean Spray's recipe for a colorful holiday harvest centerpiece. With a few nuts and cranberries, you'll get a colorful and inviting way to get your guests to sit at the table.

Thanksgiving Harvest Centerpiece

Materials

1 large, flat platter or 12 to 16-inch mirror
Assorted fresh fall leaves
Assorted pumpkins, gourds, nuts, pinecones, acorns or other harvest fruits
1 large pillar candle
1 12-oz. bag Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries

Directions

1. Place a platter or a 12 to 16-inch framed or unframed mirror on the table.

2. Scatter the leaves on the mirror and place candle on top.

3. Arrange pumpkins, gourds and assorted fruits and nuts around candle.

4. Sprinkle Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries around fruits and candle. Discard berries and other fruit when they become soft, which can range from a few days to a week.

*Tip: Gather brightly colored leaves and press between paper towels or newspaper until dry. If colored leaves are not available, you can use dried or silk leaves instead.
