Fun For The Whole Family

Getting the whole family together for Easter or having friends over for an Easter celebration can involve more than the traditional Easter egg hunt. To keep kids and adults occupied and jazz up your celebration, try these fun activities for all ages.

Easter game #1: Egg pass

Divide into teams and give each team a hard-boiled egg and each team member a spoon. Each team forms a line and starts the egg at the front of the line. The team passes the egg from spoon to spoon to the end of the line and back. If the egg drops, the team has to start over. The team who passes it the fastest, without breaking the egg, wins.

Easter game #2: Bunny Tag

An Easter take on the classic game of tag. One person is "it" and the others have to hop away like bunnies without getting tagged. If you get tagged, you are "it."

Easter game #3: Easter egg relay

Divide into relay teams of four. Each team needs one spoon and one egg. The first player in each team balances the egg on the spoon and walks or runs across the yard and back without dropping the egg. If the egg is dropped, that person has to go back to the beginning and start over. Each teammate makes it across the yard and back and gives the spoon to the next team member, relay-style. The team that gets all members there and back first wins.

Easter game #4: Sack hop

Divide into teams of two and give each team a sack or pillowcase. Team members have to put one leg in the sack and leave one leg out (three-legged race style) and hop to the designated finish line. The first team there wins.

Hello everyone, I saw those yummy looking Easter treats and thought they looked great, such a great idea on how to get the children involved with cooking. I am really looking forward to Easter this year as my sister is coming home from USA. Easter is one of those religious festivals that can turn out to be quite stressful, what with all the family over demanding attention, and having to cook lunch for everyone... the list goes on, so this article will be most helpful. I always find Easter greetings cards quite expensive, and I really don't like giving my hard earned cash to those big greetings card companies. So I may have found an alternative solution in the form of electronic greetings cards. Not only do they save paper, and stamps, but as long as you opt for a free site then the Easter e-Card is going to be free. I have done my research and have found a really lovely Free Easter e-Card site. I like this site as I found it so easy to use, which is great because I am not very confident with computers, also I liked the wide range of choice of cards they offer. There are loads of e-Card sites out there, so it maybe worth doing your own research in order to find the best one. Hope everyone has a great Easter whatever you decide to get up to.
