2 lbs. pork tenderloin (Have the meat department grind this for you)
8 slices white bread (pulled apart)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 tbl. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (or to taste)
In a skillet, brown pork and onion together over medium heat; drain. Add bread cubes and spice and mix thoroughly.
