Stay strong with strength-training

Starting at age 30, the body experiences a natural decrease in muscle mass and metabolism, putting you at greater risk for injury, weak bones, weight gain and other health issues. Strength-training, the regular use of weights or other resistance tools, is your best defense against age-related decline and will give you the strength, tone and energy you need to stay active and healthy.
