Week 3

Day 15: Pamper yourself. Give yourself a treat — buy flowers, take a bubble bath, listen to your favorite song — whatever it is that makes you feel special. Just celebrate the day!
Day 16: Write your epitaph. How do you want to be remembered? Be generous, as if your best friend was writing it about you.
Day 17: Meditate. Take a class, buy a tape, ask a friend. Do at least 10 minutes every morning for the next 13 days.
Day 18: Be loving. Take a moment to compliment or thank everyone you encounter.
Day 19: Be loving to yourself. Let go of every negative thought that comes into your mind.
Day 20: Be forgiving. Who have you not forgiven in your life? Are you willing? Why not? Will you do it anyway?
Day 21: Forgive yourself. You deserve it.
