What's HOT: Taking up boxing to get in super shape.
What's NOT: Taking up boxing to finally stand up to your boss.
Empower your mind and body with boxing. Mixed martial arts fighter Benji Radach, director of instructor training at
LA Boxing, says boxing can get 10 times the results of conventional aerobics and it is far from monotonous. "We aren't just throwing punches. We add lunges, push ups and sit ups in the middle of
our workouts, so we actually hit every muscle in the body," he says, describing his typical boxing class. But don't let your boxing classes go to your head – punching your boss will
get you fired and may even land you in the slammer for assault.
