Turn that frown upside down – literally!
The thought of standing on your head might not be the most appealing, but if you're a die-hard yogi like me, you know hanging in a headstand for a few seconds brings about more than a few benefits!
Not quite there yet? Cavalieri suggests working your way up to headstand by practicing these five poses below!
"These prep poses will improve your core strength, stretch and strengthen the shoulders, and stretch the legs and hips to prepare the body for headstand," she said.
