No-cook summer dinners

Who wants to turn on the oven when it’s 90 degrees F outside?

Keeping it simple and fridge-based is definitely the way to go with dinners in the summer. It means less time in a hot kitchen fussing over dinner and more time outside (unless it really is more than 90 degrees F, in which case you should enjoy your AC on the couch).

You can take these no-cook summer dinners to the park for a portable picnic and spend your energy opening up that bottle of rosé instead of slaving over a hot stove.
