Quick And Easy To Eat
I am one of those people who craves dark leafy greens, especially the peppery-tasting green known as arugula. Rich in folate, calcium, and vitamins A and C, arugula is a yummy addition to your daily green salad. However, there are many other ways you can eat this healthy veg. We turned to Chef Anthony Stewart, executive chef at Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa, to give us a few new ways to incorporate arugula into your diet.

3. Aurgula Pizza
Sprinkle your homemade whole-wheat pizza with a generous handful or two of arugula. Just add the leaves at the last minute of baking. Order delicious whole-wheat pizza dough to stay healthy.
4. Arugula Pasta
Add arugula to your whole-wheat pasta dishes. You don’t even need to cook your arugula leaves. Just toss them in at the end. The heat from the pasta will wilt them.
