Jessica Chastain eats soy to get curvy

According to an article on EOnline.com, Chastain's co-stars Emma Stone and Viola Davis plumped from all the southern food they ate while filming in Mississippi. Chastain purposely gained weight for her character Celia in The Help, a Civil Rights era drama based on the bestselling novel of the same name. The vegan beauty turned to soy.

In the interview with E!'s Marc Malkin, Chastain says, "I had to be soft and curvy, so I ate a lot of soy. Soy helps you become curvy because it has estrogen in it. So what I would do—and this is really gross—is buy cartons of soy ice scream, microwave it and drink it."
