White Peach Cashew Butter Smoothie

Use regular or white peaches that are in season, and try almond or peanut butter if you don't have cashew butter on hand.

Makes 1

Ingredients:

    • 1 large ripe white peach, diced
    • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
    • 1/2 cup orange juice


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.

  2. Pour into a glass and serve.
