Cinnamon Agave Oranges

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Agave syrup to taste


Directions:

  1. Use a sharp knife to slice off the top and bottom ends of the oranges.

  2. Set oranges upright on one of the cut edges and slice the peel off the flesh, following the natural curve of the oranges.

  3. Turn oranges on their side and cut into 1/2-inch slices.Place orange slices in a bowl.

  4. Sprinkle oranges with cinnamon and drizzle with agave. Toss to coat well.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
