Cranberry Slaw

Ingredients:

    • 6 cups thinly shredded white cabbage
    • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
    • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley


Directions:

One simple step! Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled. Easy huh?
