Quick and easy is the name of the game. Make your own cheddar cheese balls with smoked paprika, then make them even more adorable by tying the cheese balls with chives. Quick, easy and delicious!

Mini cheddar balls with smoked paprika and chives recipe

Serves 4


  • 3-1/2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chives


  1. In a bowl, mix the grated cheddar, cream cheese and smoked paprika until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into bite-size balls and tie each ball with a chive.


If you prefer, the cheese mixture can also be used as a spread for toasted bread or crackers.
