Ginger and cognac tea recipe
2 cups water
2 tablespoons brown sugar (can be adjusted according to your taste)
2 thumb-size pieces fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon cognac
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
