Ginger and cognac tea recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (can be adjusted according to your taste)
  • 2 thumb-size pieces fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cognac

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve hot.
