Adorably cheesy animal appetizers

Cheese and almond hedgehogs

Ingredients:

• Laughing Cow cheese triangles
• Whole almonds
• Sliced almonds
• Cream cheese
• Peppercorns
• Round crackers

Directions:

Place a cheese wedge on a round cracker. Starting on the bottom and working your way to the top, insert almond slices into the cheese wedge to create the hedgehog quills, covering 3/4 of the cheese with almonds. (If the cheese wedge starts to crack or split, pipe some cream cheese onto the wedge to help secure the almond slices in place.) 

Pipe dots of cream cheese onto the cheese wedge for the eyes and nose.

Add two peppercorns for the eyes and cut the tip off of an almond for the nose. Serve with your other adorable animal appetizers!
