What's the easiest way to cure a buffalo craving? Eat wings! What's the second easiest way? Add buffalo wings to recipes you already love! Boneless buffalo wings are easily adaptable, and can be added to everything from salads to sandwiches.

Buffalo Chicken Panini

If you're looking for a fantastic buffalo chicken wing panini, look no further!

Ingredients:

Tip: To make this recipe in a flash, use pre-cooked buffalo wings like Tyson® Any'tizers® Hot Wings Buffalo Style.
  • 2 slices focaccia or crusty Italian bread
  • 4 boneless buffalo chicken wings, sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Preheat panini grill.
  2. Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread. Layer with sliced boneless buffalo chicken wings. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with remaining piece of cheese and remaining piece of bread.
  3. Grill paninis three to five minutes in the preheated grill, or until focaccia bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups boneless buffalo chicken wings, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
  • Celery sticks and tortilla chips for serving

Directions:

  1. Mix together chicken wings and cream cheese. Stir until blended thoroughly.
  2. Add ranch dressing and mix.
  3. Add 1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and heat for a few minutes until mixed and melted.
  4. Pour the dip into the crock pot and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top.
  5. Cover and cook on high for two hours.
  6. Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

If you don't have a slow cooker, or are simply looking for a more stylish approach, use wonton wrappers as a crust to make these quick and easy game-day appetizers! In 15 minutes, these buffalo-dip bites are on the table, ready to cure the crowd of their biggest buffalo cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups boneless buffalo chicken wings, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
  • 60 wonton wrappers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix together chicken wings, cream cheese and hot sauce. Stir until blended thoroughly.
  3. Add ranch dressing and mix.
  4. Add 1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and heat for a few minutes until mixed and melted.
  5. Spray a mini cupcake tin with nonstick spray.
  6. Line each cupcake mold with a wonton wrapper.
  7. Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of dip into each wonton wrapper.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until ends are lightly browned.
  9. Serve warm.
