Easy vegan queso dip

The only thing this dip is missing is the cheese, but you won't notice that after a few bites. The spice from the salsa and the gooey melted texture from the vegan cheese give this queso the texture and flavor you crave in an appetizer on Super Bowl Sunday!

Looking forward to making this today! Been excited to try it since I first saw the recipe, but needed to get the pepperjack. Its not one my local grocer carries, so had to make a special trip in town, where I finally found the wedges! I've been looking for a good queso dip since I found out I can't have dairy. It used to be my favorite! I'm sure this will stand up to any of the old powdered mixed I used to make, and provably blow them out of the water!! Looks delish!

This looks great, and a little spicy too which is always nice. Thanks for the recipe!

You read my mind! Actually I was going to try to make some nacho cheese sauce with the cheddar wedge and jalapeños. Can't wait to try it!
