Mango, cinnamon and basil smoothie recipe
- 1 whole mango, peeled and diced
- 2 cups almond milk or regular milk
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-4 fresh basil leaves
- Honey (if needed)
- Grind the oats to an almost powdery consistency in your blender.
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Add honey as desired to sweeten smoothie. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk.
