It’s pizza time: Global Domino’s Day offers up pizza at deep discounts

Dec. 6 marks a big day for pizza around the world. That’s when Domino’s Pizza locations worldwide will offer 50 percent off menu-priced pizzas via Facebook. In the U.S., the celebration will stretch from Dec. 3 to Dec. 9.

Convenience topped with a deal

Who doesn’t love discounted pizza? To participate in the offer, customers should visit their country’s Domino’s Facebook page to claim the 50 percent off offer. In the U.S., visit dominos.com and use the code 50OFF to get your deal.

This event is only valid online in the U.S. and most other countries. For countries that don’t have online ordering, the promo will apply to phone-in and orders in-house.

In its second year, 52 countries will take part in Global Domino’s Day. “We’re thrilled to join all the Domino’s fans around the world for our second Global Domino’s Day,” said Dennis Maloney, Domino’s Pizza vice president of multimedia marketing. “And in the U.S., we get to celebrate all week with 50 percent off menu-priced online pizza orders.”

Get social over a slice or two

Not only will customers be able to order online via Facebook, but they’ll also learn fun facts from around the world and see how many other Domino’s customers have taken part. In some countries, customers will be able to order discounted pizzas via their mobile phones.
