Cheesecake mashed potato bites with caramel gravy

These cheesecake bites look just like mini mounds of mashed potatoes, topped with caramel gravy and chocolate pepper flakes. Make plenty, because everyone will want seconds.

Ingredients:

• 10-inch vanilla cheesecake
• 8-10 shortbread or vanilla wafer cookies
• Caramel topping
• Small chocolate bar or chocolate chips
• Sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Buy or bake a 10-inch vanilla cheesecake. Using an ice cream scoop, scrape a ball of cheesecake out of your cheesecake.

Scoop the cheesecake onto your cookie, lunch-lady style.With a teaspoon, create a hole in the cheesecake mound for the caramel gravy.

Pour caramel topping into the hole and drizzle as desired.

Using a handheld cheese grater, grate a small chocolate bar (or chocolate chips) over the cheesecake bites to look like black pepper flakes.

Add a pinch of sea salt too, if you wish. (Caramel and sea salt are so DELICIOUS!)
