Parties and food go together like peas in a pod. You can't invite over a bunch of friends and not have tons of delicious food just waiting to be devoured! So, we gathered up the top three most delicious sounding dips and put them into one drool-worthy post!

First up is a warm, cheesy and spicy jalapeño popper dip!

Jalapeño popper dip recipe

Yields 8 x 8-inch dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup colby jack shredded cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 (4 ounce) can fire-roasted chopped green chilies
  • 8 ounces sliced jalapeño peppers (you can reduce by half if you don't want it too spicy)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor add cream cheese, mayonaise, colby jack cheese, one-half cup of the Parmesan cheese, green chilies and jalapeños. Mix until combined. Don't process too long because you want to keep some of the jalapeño pieces chunky.
  3. Add to 8 x 8-inch dish and set aside while you make the topping.
  4. In a small bowl add other one-half cup Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until combined and sprinkle on top of filling.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until topping is slightly browned. Serve hot with tortilla chips, fresh sliced bread or crackers.
Next up is a delicious hot Reuben dip. It's less work than a sandwich but with all the taste!
