Red wine fudgesicles

There is something classic about the pairing of red wine and chocolate. It has always made the perfect Valentine's Day gift and an even better "I'm sorry, let's make up" present. However, this time we have taken the two and given them a summer twist! Homemade fudgesicles are easy and a blast from the past. Because we mixed them with a little red wine, they now become the best part about summer! In adult form, of course.

Plus, we all get into trouble during the summer and a cold "I'm sorry, let's make up" present is even better!

Red wine fudgesicle recipe

Yields 4-6 ice pops, depending on mold size

Ingredients:

• 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 cup cold red wine

Directions:

1. Follow boxed pudding directions, except replace one of the cups of cold milk with cold red wine.
2. Work quickly or pudding will set up too fast.
3. Pour into molds and let set up completely before serving.
