Mango mojito sorbet
Yields about 3-1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chopped fresh mango
- 1/4 cup mango-flavored rum
- Juice of one-half lime
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
Directions:
- Freeze ice cream maker bowl according to manufacturer's directions.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
- Refrigerate mixture for at least one hour.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and run according to manufacturer's directions.
- Once frozen, transfer to a container and place in the freezer to freeze completely.
Watermelon margarita sorbet
Yields about 4 cups
Ingredients:
