Breakfast Muffins

If you're looking for a quick, healthy breakfast your kids will love, we have one word for you: muffins. Try baking a few batches and freezing for later. On busy mornings, you can zap them in the microwave or pop them in the toaster for a quick portable breakfast. (The fact that they look like cupcakes doesn't hurt either.)
