From Harry Potter

For all you Harry Potter fans out there, we give you this Butterbeer recipe. This Harry Potter Butterbeer recipe makes a fun treat for your little ghosts and goblins. To make this Butterbeer recipe for grown-ups just add a shot of rum!

Butterbeer Recipe from Harry Potter

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts club or cream soda
  • 1 Part butterscotch syrup
  • 1/2 Tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Combine butterscotch syrup and butter in a microwave-safe glass.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute or so, until syrup is bubbly and butter is melted
  3. Stir and cool for a few seconds
  4. Add club soda, slowly. It will be very fizzy.

*For a grown-up option, add a shot of rum!
