Strawberry and Smoke
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2-ounces mezcal (mescal)
- 1-ounce elderflower liqueur
- 3/4-ounce fresh lime juice
- Chili powder, for rim
Directions
- Combine strawberries and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add ice, mezcal, elderflower, and lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass rimmed with chili powder.
Three Citrus
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 3/4-ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4-ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1-ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/2-ounce simple syrup
- 2-ounces mezcal(mescal)
- 1-orange wedge
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
Mezcal Breeze
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1-ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2-ounce fresh orange juice
- 1-ounce cranberry juice
- 1/4-ounce fresh lime juice
- 2-ounces mezcal(mescal)
- 1 pineapple slice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
