Eat Pray Love
Nosh
This Eat Pray Love recipe is inspired by a dish Elizabeth Gilbert serves to her friends called House made "Organic" Prosciutto with marinated melon balls. Since you probably don't make your own organic prosciutto, here's a simpler version you can share with your friends whether you're in a Tuscan villa or Milwaukee suburb. Enjoy!
