1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cans pork and beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons onion salt
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add onions and bell pepper and cook in oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients. Stir together, then heat until very hot.
Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
