- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans pork and beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add onions and bell pepper and cook in oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients. Stir together, then heat until very hot.
- Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
